Axle Workout

The Axle (The Axle Workout Corporation) is a new fitness exercise program that uses multi-planar motion patterns developed by training experts and Olympic athletes to deliver a total body dynamic workout. It is the lightest Olympic barbell on the market that starts at 11lbs, has a unique design for rolling with hands/feet and quickly collapses for storage, loading plates up to 140lbs. There are live lessons available 3 times a day, 6 days a week. There are also on-demand workouts available.
